Archbishop Duncan-Williams prophesied Jerusalem as Capital of Israel under Donald Trump

Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost - 2 Peter 1:21. Prophecy validates scriptures and authenticates the voice of Elohim. No prophecy of scripture is of private interpretation. “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near” – Rev. 1:3.

On the 5th of February 2017, during Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams' sermon series on "The End Times", he prophetically declared as a student of prophecy, that one of the signs of the end times is the move of the Capital of Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Based on scripture and the rapidly changing political climate, he foresaw that event happening in the near future, clearly under the Presidency of Donald Trump. President Trump's rise from to the presidency is remarkable since he has no political experience; yet God who does whatever pleases Him and determines the seasons and times of men, chooses whomever to wrought His purposes and agenda.

In his statement, Archbishop added that the thought couldn’t have entered into the head of any other US President because of the mentality and attitude of politicians who understand the need for political correctness and the fear of reactions of men. But President Trump who is a business mogul and not a politician, was capable of making that declaration without fear and it materialized just this week. He further reiterated that the POTUS does not even understand what drove him to act this way.

Israel has always regarded Jerusalem as its capital city, while the Palestinians claim East Jerusalem as the capital of a future Palestinian state. Earlier this year in a statement, Russia recognised West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. In his submission to the church, he further said that after the movement of the capital, the next sign we have to watch out for is the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem. As soon as the rebuilding begins, believers must start counting the clock.

Those who speak true prophecies speak according to scriptures (what is right) and not what is popular. There is something beyond reasoning and logic that is orchestrating the events of our times. Jerusalem will always be the eternal capital according to scripture. Prophecies that do not enhance the understanding of God’s love is worthless.

“Thus, let him that has ears hear that which the spirit says” - Revelation 2:29. The end draws near, let all prepare for the second coming of Christ. Events of our time clearly spells out these. Let the Christian arise and win souls for God. Let them watch and pray, redeeming the time because the days are evil - Ephesians 5:16. Let them that slumber arise from the dead. Let the sinner return to Christ.
